Components
Your BioAge is measured across four core fitness dimensions: , Flexibility, Metabolism, and Cardio. Each component is assessed separately and contributes to your overall BioAge score.

Strength is measured through relative strength tests that assess your muscular power and capacity. Your Strength BioAge is calculated based on results from EGYM Smart Strength machines and manual strength tests performed at your gym.
Results are organized by body region:
Upper body: Strength of chest, back, and shoulder muscles.
Includes muscle balance analysis that compares opposing muscle groups (Upper Back vs. Chest) to identify imbalances.
Core: Strength of abdominal and lower back muscles.
Lower body: Strength of leg muscles.

Flexibility is measured through functional and isolated flexibility tests that assess your joint mobility, range of motion, and movement quality. Your flexibility BioAge is calculated based on EGYM Flex tests performed at your gym.
Results are organized into:
Functional flexibility: Tests like Squat Depth that measure overall movement patterns.
Isolated flexibility: Tests for specific areas like Neck, Chest, Back, Hip, and Hamstrings.

Your Metabolic BioAge is calculated from body composition metrics measured through Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) or manual input at your gym.
Key metrics tracked include:
Body Mass Index (BMI): Fallback metric used only if precise body composition data is unavailable.
Body Fat %: Percentage of body fat composition (primary metric).
Skeletal Muscle Mass %: Percentage of lean muscle mass (primary metric).
Waist-to-Hip ratio: Ratio of waist circumference to hip circumference , used to monitor abdominal fat distribution.

Your Cardio BioAge is calculated from cardiovascular health metrics measured through Smart Cardio machines, wearables, or manual input at your gym.
Metrics tracked include:
VO2max : Maximum oxygen your body can utilize during intense exercise, measured in ml/(kg•min).
Resting Heart Rate : Heart rate at rest measured in beats per minute (bpm).
Blood Pressure : Systolic and diastolic blood pressure measurements in mmHg.
