Referrals configuration

Referrals are one way you can grow your member base by letting your members refer their friends to your gym via a guest pass.

On this page, you can view and edit how the guest pass section appears to your members and how the passes appear to referrals.

  • Under Mobile Application Configuration, you can view how the guest pass appears to your members.

  • Under email, SMS, and social media configurations, you can view how the guest pass appears to referrals.

  • Click Edit to make changes:

    • Change the Referral Type if needed.

      • Use the Special deal page to have guests fill out a form on your website.

      • Use the Web Form URL to have guests fill out an auto-generated guest pass form.

    • Add languages and edit their text as needed.

    • Click Save when done.

Guest pass

Once a member has referred someone, the referral can download and use their guest pass to visit your gym.

On this page, you can set up, view, and edit guest passes for your gym locations.

  1. Click + Set Up Location to create a new guest pass.

    • Use the toggles to turn features on and off.

    • Set the Drop-in Availability for First Visit to have referrals come in during less busy times. This is great for when you plan to give them a one-on-one tour and share the best features of your gym.

  2. Click the pencil icon to view and edit details.

  3. Click the trash bin icon to delete a guest pass.

    To view full reports on referrals, in the top menu, go to Dashboard > Referrals.
