Overview

EGYM Data Hub is a REST API that acts as a direct data bridge between EGYM and your gym. As your members train, EGYM products in your club record their workout activity, and the Data Hub automatically transmits that data directly into your club's own systems.

With the Data Hub, you get visibility into how members use EGYM. You can answer questions like:

  • Are members completing their onboarding?

  • Which machines and features get the most use?

  • Who has stopped training and may need outreach?

All EGYM data is consolidated and available by 9:00 AM UTC each day. To receive complete data from all your locations, schedule your API requests to begin after 9:00 AM UTC. Fetching before this time may result in incomplete or missing data.
