Account creation
Your EGYM ID can be created in four ways:
Trainer App: Your trainer sets up your account.
Via MMS integration (pre-initiated): Initiated automatically through your gym member management software.
Fitness Hub: Create your account independently at your gym.
Member App: Create your account independently on your mobile device.
The method used depends on your gym's setup and your trainer's process.
Note
To create an EGYM ID, you must be fully legally competent or act with the consent of your legal representative.
EGYM ID
EGYM ID is your unified fitness identity that securely stores your personal training settings and preferences. It pairs with your RFID band or NFC pass for convenient login to EGYM equipment and the Member App. Your EGYM ID connects all your workout data across the entire EGYM Ecosystem, ensuring a connection at every gym location and touchpoint you visit.
Strong password criteria
Tip
Your password should be at least 8 characters long.
Include a mix of uppercase letters (A-Z), lowercase letters (a-z), numbers (0-9), and special characters (!@#$%^&*).
Avoid using personal information (name, birthday, address).
Don't use common words or sequential numbers.
Create a unique password you don't use on other accounts.
Forgot your password?
You can reset your password via this page on https://www.egym.com/mvc/member-login or select on the login screen of the Member App. Enter your email address associated with your EGYM ID, and you'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

You can securely access the app’s features without logging in multiple times.
Your EGYM ID works accross all EGYM features (no duplicate accounts needed).
