Key metrics displayed

Overall BioAge:

This displays your biological age based on your fitness level and health data.

For detailed information about how BioAge is calculated and what each metric means, see BioAge.

Muscle Balance:

This shows the symmetry and balance of muscle development across different body areas (e.g., Upper Back vs. Chest). The visual representation indicates if, for example, your chest strength matches your back strength, with feedback like "Great Work!" when well-balanced.

Muscle Balance is determined by comparing your latest maximum strength test results for opposing muscle groups on EGYM Smart Strength machines. It appears in the app when you complete strength tests as part of your broader body analysis and progress tracking.

Body measurements

You can track and log the following metrics. Most metrics can be tracked in two ways: automatically via the Fitness Hub or manually in the Member App.

Strength tests, however, are only tracked automatically.

  • Body Mass Index (BMI): Measured in kg/m². Shows how body weight relates to height, with information on healthy ranges and body composition. You can manually log your BMI in the app or have it measured automatically at the Fitness Hub.

  • Body Weight: Track weight changes over time with monthly or yearly views.

  • Equipment - Specific Strength Tests: Performance data from EGYM equipment (e.g. Seated Row, Chest Press, Abdominal Crunch). Strength tests are tracked automatically when you complete them on EGYM equipment.

    Each strength test shows:

    • Current weight/load you can lift.

    • Muscle balance for that specific exercise.

    • Detailed information about what muscles are worked.

    • Monthly/yearly progress graphs tracking changes over time and showing your improvement throughout the month or year.
