Account creation in the Member App

Download and set up your account directly in the Member App.

  1. Download the EGYM Member App from the App Store (iOS) EGYM_IOS.png or Google Play (Android) EGYM_Android.png.

  2. Open the app and tap Log in | Sign up on the welcome screen.

  3. Enter the email address linked to your account and tap Continue.

  4. Select your facility location from the displayed list (your primary gym).

  5. Add your personal details and set a secure password.

  6. Accept the EGYM's terms and conditions and tap Create Account.

  7. Select preferred privacy settings.

  8. Complete your profile setup (optional: add profile picture, name, last name, gender, birthday, about me and biometrics data) and tap Save.

    Anmerkung

    It is essential for you to select your gender in the profile setup for accurate EGYM BioAge calculation.

  9. Your EGYM account is now created.
